The Property Ombudsman
Japan Services Rent Ltd are members of The Property Ombudsman (TPO) alternative dispute resolution scheme for Residential Sales and Residential Lettings.
Member agents agree to abide by the TPO Codes of Practice, ensuring they work to a higher professional standard than that required under the law.
The TPO scheme is an impartial and independent mechanism for reaching full and final settlement in disputes between consumers and agents. It allows consumers to escalate a complaint if they have exhausted the member agent's internal complaints procedure.
In the unfortunate event that a consumer is dissatisfied with our services, they should please contact the member of staff they have been working with in the first instance. The staff member will record details of their complaint and initiate our internal complaints management process.
