Excellent Service

I have been letting my house through Japan Services for more than 10 years and their service is excellent in every respect. They have given me many tenants and the changeover between tenants has been impeccable i.e. they deal with all the changes with the various authorities that have to be made at the changeover. Their terms and conditions are clear and very reasonable and the staff if you need to deal with them on anything relating to the tenancy are friendly and more than helpful. I knew they were good but unfortunatly I had to change to a different agent this year due to a change in the rental market. This made me realise how amazing Japan Services is - my presnt agent is very different. On a scale of 1-5 Japan Services rates 5 my present agent rates 0.
